1 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 unripe, frozen, green banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter (*TIP: You can use any kind of nut butter if you don’t eat peanut butter)
A handful of ice cubes.
1. Add the dry ingredients into your blender, liquids, and then ice cubes (add more ice as you see fit).
