1 C Heavy whipping cream
Stevia or preferred no/low carb sweetener (to taste)
Optional: Handful of frozen raspberries (you won't regret it)!
1. Take your mixing bowl and add your heavy whipping cream into it.
2. Set your mixer on a medium-high setting until it starts to stiffen slightly (should be a couple of minutes).
3. Once the consistency starts to change, sprinkle in your Chocolate Keto Meal until the serving is fully incorporated.
4. Lastly, add in your sweetener of choice (we used liquid stevia)!
Now you can stop there and enjoy- this is perfectly good on its own or to use as a dip or frosting (if using as a frosting, make sure your low carb goodies are cool to the touch and store in the refrigerator after applied). If you want to make this a dessert to remember (and have a couple of carbs to spare), take a handful of frozen raspberries and put them in a microwave safe bowl. Place them in your microwave and heat until they've been warmed all the way through. Mash with a fork, add a little bit of sweetener and top your dessert. 😍
