It's heating up outside, and the ice cream temptations are in full swing! 

But, if you are looking to stay in ketosis, here is the ultimate fat-burning smoothie.

It will curb all your ice-cream cravings, not only because it tastes indulgent, but because it contains Real Ketones  PRIME exogenous ketones!



1.5 cups almond milk (or your milk of choice)

1 scoop Real Ketones Prime in Orange Blast

1 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy free option)

3-6 ice cubes

Whipped cream (optional)
