Keto Pumpkin Pie Shake 🎃
What you will need:
- A blender
- 2 scoops (1 serving) Keto Meal Vanilla
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree (low sugar)
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 C unsweetened almond milk
- ~10-15 ice cubes
How to make it:
First, you need a cozy sweater, your favorite comfy slippers, and a good scary movie to watch (and maybe to turn your air down a few clicks). Are you set to start?
Take your blender and first put in your dry ingredients (Keto Meal and pumpkin spice). You may be tempted to put in more pumpkin spice than we suggest in the recipe, but I assure you, it's perfect! Add in the heavy whipping cream, almond milk, and ice. We suggest pulsing this a few times before putting in the pumpkin puree. Once most of your ice has been blended, scoop in your pumpkin and watch your shake go from boring to festive! Cute straw and whipped cream aren't needed but definitely suggested.
