Cheese & Bacon Poppers

Serves 4



 1 cup grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese

2 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

4 seeded and halved jalapeños

Cilantro for garnishing




 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

 Place halved jalapeños in a skillet and fill with cheddar cheese.

 Top with crumbled bacon and bake cheese until it is melted and begins to bubble, about 10 minutes.

 Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
