Pesto Feta Dip

Serves 8



 ¼ cup olive oil

3 cups fresh basil

½ tsp. sea salt

2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced

¼ cup pine nuts

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cups fresh spinach

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled  



 Add all ingredients except feta cheese to a food processor and pulse until all is combined and creamy.  You may need to scrape the sides of the bowl once or twice to ensure everything is mixed well.

 Add to a serving bowl and stir in crumbled feta cheese.

 Serve with Real Ketones Chips.
