Thyme for Lemon Salmon
(4) 4-ounce pieces of wild-caught salmon (skin-on)
2 Tbs. ghee or butter
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Set salmon on a plate on the counter for about 30 minutes, just enough time for it to begin to reach room temperature.
While it is on the counter, rub it with ghee or butter and season it with sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bring a skillet to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon on the skillet, skin-side down.
Cook for 1 minute, then flip and finish cooking for 1 more minute.
Serve on a plate and garnish with fresh lemon wedges and sprigs of fresh thyme.
