Turmeric Breakfast Scramble

Serves 1




1Tbs. ghee or butter

3 eggs

½ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. dried ground turmeric

1 scallion

2 radishes





Whisk eggs, sea salt and pepper in a small bowl and set aside.

 Melt ghee or butter in a skillet set to medium-low heat and pour in egg mixture, scrambling with a spatula until cooked through.

 Mince the scallion and slice the radishes and gently mix into the scrambled eggs, reserving a small handful to use as a garnish.

 Serve immediately.
