Enjoy the taste of a traditional pumpkin pie without the time commitment or the calories with this delicious mousse! 


A mixer (or a set of strong, patient arms)

1 scoop Vanilla Keto Meal

1 8-ounce package full fat cream cheese (at room temperature)

1/2 15-ounce can pumpkin puree 

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla 

Optional: A handful of chopped pecans for the top!


1. Cream together cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth in mixer with paddle attachment.

2. From there, slowly add in cream, Keto Meal, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla. 

3. Mix until light an fluffy. It will take about 5 minutes. 

4. Pipe into serving dishes, then let chill in fridge for 1 hour (we know it's tempting, but try to make it the whole hour). And voila, the perfect topper to your dinner feast!
